Chandigarh– Continuous heavy rainfall in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh has caused widespread flooding in several areas, prompting the Punjab government to postpone the fourth season of the state-level sports event ‘Khedan Watan Punjab Dian’, which was scheduled to begin on September 3.
Preparations for competitions at the block level had already been completed. The government stated that the revised dates for the tournament will be announced once the situation normalizes, ensuring the safety of participants and organizers.
