SC Commission takes suo moto notice of Raja Warring’s statement

Chandigarh : Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission Chairman Jasvir Singh Garhi has taken suo moto notice of the viral video of Congress Party President Amarinder Singh Raja Warring.

Giving information in this regard, Jasvir Singh Garhi said that Cabinet Minister Baljit Kaur brought to the notice of the Commission that Congress Party President Amarinder Singh Raja Warring has used caste-based words against Dalit castes during the election campaign.

Regarding which the Commission has sought a report from Senior Superintendent of Police Sri Muktsar Sahib on May 29, 2026 through SP Sri Muktsar Sahib and has also directed the police to get the voice sample of Amarinder Singh Raja Warring taken and get the report submitted to the Commission for forensic examination.
