It will feature advanced column-free structures, efficient traffic and logistics planning, and integration of modern MEP, AV and IT systems.
The facility will comply with National Building Code (NBC) standards, fire safety norms, accessibility requirements and green 5-star sustainable design principles.
Boost to Jobs, Tourism and Investment

Part of Larger Development Vision
The minister said that the project aligns with the Punjab government’s broader vision of developing Mohali as a 21st-century IT and services hub.
It will improve ease of doing business, strengthen the investor ecosystem, and support global collaborations and large-scale events.
