CHANDIGARH: Marking four years of the AAP government led by Bhagwant Singh Mann, the party continued its statewide outreach campaign “Shandaar 4 Saal, Bhagwant Mann de Naal”. On the second day of the ‘Samvad’ initiative, ministers and MLAs connected directly with citizens across Punjab, presenting the government’s report card and gathering feedback through nukkad meetings and public interactions, which saw enthusiastic participation from both rural and urban areas.

Cabinet Ministers Barinder Kumar Goyal, Harbhajan Singh ETO and Lal Chand Kataruchak highlighted key achievements in sectors such as education, healthcare, electricity, employment, infrastructure and law and order. They emphasized that the government has focused on delivering grassroots-level change, ensuring benefits reach every household while also strengthening transparency, accountability and direct communication with the public.
The campaign covered several districts including Barnala, Mansa, Patiala, Jalandhar and Bathinda, where large gatherings were reported. Citizens appreciated improvements in public services and welfare initiatives, with many expressing confidence in the leadership of CM Bhagwant Mann. In multiple locations, people also extended their support for the AAP government ahead of the 2027 elections, reflecting strong public engagement and endorsement of the government’s performance.
