Punjab and Haryana High Court Receives Another Threat Email, Chandigarh Police Launches Search Operation

Chandigarh: The Punjab and Haryana High Court received another threat email on Wednesday, prompting heightened security measures in the city. Chandigarh Police confirmed that a search operation has been launched across sensitive locations in and around the High Court premises.

Officials said the cyber cell has been roped in to trace the origin of the email, while other precaution measures are also being taken. Senior police officers are monitoring the situation closely.

Police said an FIR will be registered after preliminary verification. Investigations are underway.
