Chandigarh: The Haryana Government will shortly initiate Phase-2 of the Online Transfer Drive, covering 271 cadres across 29 Departments/Boards, under the Model Online Transfer Policy (MOTP), 2025.

A government spokesperson informed that in preparation for the transfer drive, the respective departments have commenced the process of preliminary updation of data of all regular employees on the Intra Haryana Portal. All concerned employees are required to log in to their respective user accounts and carefully review their complete profile details as reflected in departmental records.

In case any information is found missing or incorrect, employees must immediately contact the designated authority/checker indicated alongside each table of the portal and submit relevant supporting documents for verification and correction. Timely and accurate updation of data is essential, as these details are directly linked to critical parameters under the Model Online Transfer Policy, including calculation of length of service in a unit, merit points, and eligibility criteria.

Employees can access the updation interface through: Intra Haryana Portal → Employee Login → Preliminary Updation of Data

Employees are required to submit prescribed supporting documents to their respective checkers, including (as applicable): court decrees, death certificates, medical certificates issued by duly constituted Medical Boards of AIIMS/PGI-Chandigarh/PGI-Rohtak/Government Medical Colleges in Haryana, Delhi or Chandigarh, UDID certificates, and other official records.

All employees are hereby advised to carefully study the provisions of the Model Online Transfer Policy, 2025 and subsequent amendment, and ensure that their profiles are duly verified and updated through the respective checkers on or before February 20, 2026.
