Bulandshahr: A fatal road mishap claimed the lives of three people in Uttar Pradesh’s Bulandshahr district after a car collided head-on with a truck, police said on Tuesday.
According to officials, the incident occurred late on Monday night when the car, travelling at high speed, reportedly went out of control. The vehicle crossed the central divider on the highway and rammed into an oncoming truck, resulting in a devastating impact.
Superintendent of Police (City) Shankar Prasad said all three occupants of the car died on the spot due to the severity of the collision. Local police teams rushed to the scene soon after receiving information and cleared the traffic disruption caused by the crash.
The bodies of the deceased have been taken into custody and sent for post-mortem examination to determine further details. Authorities have initiated an investigation to establish the exact circumstances that led to the accident.
