Chandigarh: The Haryana Government has extended the deadline for issuing medical certificates for employees who wish to claim marks during the ongoing Online Transfer Drive. This extension comes after receiving feedback about implementation challenges faced by both medical institutions and government employees.

According to a notification issued by the Chief Secretary Sh. Anurag Rastogi, under the Model Online Transfer Policy, the original deadline for obtaining medical certificates was October 31, 2025. However, recognizing the difficulties encountered, the government has now extended this deadline to December 25, 2025.

The notification states that employees belonging to cadres under the Model Online Transfer Policy who are covered under Clause 4(ii)(6) regarding Diseases of Debilitating Disorder (Self/Spouse/Unmarried Son/Daughter) are now entitled to additional time to obtain the required medical certificate.
