Majitha: The Majitha police on Thursday arrested Kanchanpreet Kaur, daughter of Shiromani Akali Dal’s Tarn Taran bypoll candidate Sukhwinder Kaur Randhawa. According to officials, a case had been registered against her for allegedly disrupting police duty during the ongoing Tarn Taran by-election.
Police said an investigation is underway, and further details are awaited.
