Dubai— The Gurudwara Guru Nanak Darbar has officially reopened for devotees after a brief shutdown prompted by security concerns and administrative directives.
Earlier, the management had temporarily closed the premises in compliance with government instructions, prioritising the safety of visitors and staff. The sudden closure had disrupted daily prayers and religious gatherings at one of the most prominent Sikh places of worship in the region.
In its latest update, the Gurudwara management confirmed that normal operations have resumed and devotees can once again visit for darshan and religious services.
“We are happy to announce that Gurudwara Guru Nanak Darbar is open daily from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. The last entry will be allowed at 5:30 pm,” the management said in an official statement.
Authorities have urged visitors to adhere to the revised timings and cooperate with on-ground arrangements to ensure smooth and orderly conduct of services.
The reopening has brought relief to the Sikh community and visitors in Dubai, restoring access to a key spiritual and cultural hub in the region.
