Chandigarh – In a key administrative move, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has appointed new Chairpersons and Members to the District Planning Boards across all districts of the state.
Congratulating the newly selected appointees, the Chief Minister said he was confident that they would carry out their responsibilities with commitment and contribute meaningfully to Punjab’s development. The appointments are expected to accelerate planning and implementation of local development projects under the “Badalda Punjab” vision.
This reshuffle of district-level planning leadership comes at a time when the state government is ramping up efforts to strengthen grassroots governance and district-level execution of welfare and infrastructure initiatives.
