Kahlon, who is known for his rising presence in the Punjabi music scene, was reportedly shot at close range outside a private residence. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he remains under intensive care. Sources say the artist sustained multiple injuries but is currently stable.

The motive behind the attack is still under investigation, though authorities suspect it may be linked to extortion threats or personal enmity, common tactics employed by organized criminal networks targeting high-profile figures from the entertainment industry.
This is not the first time Punjabi artists have been targeted overseas. In recent years, several singers and influencers have received threats linked to gang activities rooted in Punjab and operating internationally.
