Hardeep Singh Mundian Lay Foundation Stones For Eight Key Link Road Projects

Ludhiana: Punjab Revenue Minister S. Hardeep Singh Mundian on Monday laid the foundation stones for eight key link roads infrastructural projects worth Rs.12.15 crores, aiming to enhance connectivity and facilitate commuters.

The link road projects include link Gaddowal to Karour (1.80 km), Mangarh to Kohara-Machhiwara (1.10 km), Katani Khurd to Kot Gangu Rai, Upplan Sanghe to Machhiwara (7.20 km), Chhandran to Katani (1.23 km), Chandigarh road to Chhandran (1.20 km), LC road to Heeran to Barwala to Sahnewal to Ramgarh (10.70 km), , Heeran to Kanech (2.12 km) and Sahnewal Khurd road (0.73 km).

The Cabinet Minister stressed the Punjab government is committed to provide world-class road infrastructure to its citizens. These initiatives are part of the Punjab government’s broader vision, under Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, to deliver world-class road infrastructure across the state.

S. Mundian informed that these projects will enhance connectivity, improve access and ensure smoother travel for residents. He emphasized the government’s commitment to timely completion for maximum public benefit. He also added that the upgraded roads are expected to ease commuting, stimulate local economic growth and contribute to the overall development of the region.
