Chandigarh: Chairman, Haryana Bureau of Public Enterprises, Mohan Lal Badoli said that the development and welfare of women and children are closely linked to the overall progress of society. He said the objective of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan is to take the spirit of service, cooperation and sensitivity to every section of society.
Mohan Lal Badoli was the chief guest at the Aangan Milan Seva Programme organised under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan in Gorad village of Sonipat district on Saturday. During the programme, he interacted with the people on issues related to the development, dignity and welfare of women and children. He emphasised taking forward public welfare initiatives and the objectives of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan through active public participation.
Speakers at the programme said that such initiatives help establish dialogue with people at the grassroots level and understand their needs. Several dignitaries and local residents were present on the occasion.
