Chandigarh: The Punjab State Food Commission has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the demise of one of its founder members, Capt. P.S. Shergil, IAS (Retd.).
Vijay Dutt, Member & Chairman (Additional Charge), along with Members Chetan Dhaliwal and Jasvir Singh Sekhon, expressed their heartfelt condolences on the passing away of Capt. Shergil.
They said that Capt. P.S. Shergil played a pivotal role in the establishment and strengthening of the Punjab State Food Commission and made valuable contributions towards taking the Commission forward. His dedicated services and contribution will always be remembered with great respect and gratitude.
