Minister Inspects Construction Work of 200-Bed Hospital, Issues Special Directions

Chandigarh: Cabinet Minister Ranbir Gangwa on Monday held a meeting with officers of the Public Health and Public Works Departments at the new Rest House of the Public Works Department on Bhuna Road in Fatehabad and reviewed the development works being carried out by both departments in the district.

He sought information from the officers regarding the progress of various projects and issued necessary directions. During the meeting, Cabinet Minister Ranbir Gangwa reviewed the drinking water, sewerage and other related development works being carried out by the Public Health Department. He directed the officers to complete works related to the general public on priority and take necessary steps to ensure smooth drinking water and sewerage arrangements.

He said that the Government’s objective is to provide better basic amenities in every sector. For this, departmental officers should work in coordination with each other and regularly monitor development projects so that the benefits of the schemes reach the general public on time.
