Chandigarh: The Haryana Government has constituted a 29-member State Coordination Committee (SCC) under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Sh. Anurag Rastogi to ensure that reform-related suggestions received from citizens under the ‘Reform Utsav’ initiative, launched by the Central Government on August 10, 2026, are translated into departmental action and effectively monitored and reviewed.
The State Coordination Committee will provide overall strategic direction at the state level for implementation of ‘Reform Utsav’ and ensure that the initiative is implemented in Haryana in accordance with the objectives and guidelines of the Central Government. The committee will facilitate coordination among state departments, agencies and other stakeholders to ensure effective consideration and action on reform-related suggestions received from citizens.
The committee will also approve, monitor and periodically review the State Action Plan and implementation roadmap prepared under ‘Reform Utsav’. In case of inadequate progress in implementing any approved reform, the committee may issue necessary directions to the concerned departments for its expeditious implementation.
