Three new Sub-Health Centres to be opened in Karnal

Chandigarh: The Haryana Government has taken a significant step to further strengthen and improve access to healthcare services in rural areas. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has approved an important proposal to establish three new Sub-Health Centres in villages of Karnal district and upgrade the Primary Health Centre at Daulatabad in Gurugram district to a Community Health Centre (CHC).

Divulging more details about the decision, Haryana Health Minister Arti Singh Rao said the State Government is continuously working to ensure quality healthcare services reach rural areas.

The Health Minister further said that as part of the expansion of healthcare infrastructure, the government has also approved the upgradation of the Primary Health Centre at Daulatabad village in Gurugram district to a Community Health Centre. Arti Singh Rao said the decision will prove to be a significant milestone in strengthening the healthcare network in rural areas.
