The contribution is aimed at strengthening ongoing relief and rehabilitation efforts in Punjab, which has been grappling with severe challenges due to floods and related damages.

The announcement comes at a crucial time as Punjab continues to mobilize resources for flood-affected families, with both state machinery and voluntary organizations engaged in large-scale rehabilitation work.
