Chandigarh : Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker, Sh. Harvinder Kalyan said that yoga is not merely a form of physical exercise but a discipline that unites the body, mind and soul into one thread, filling life with positive energy while leading a person towards spiritual consciousness.
Addressing yoga practitioners on the third day of a five-day yoga camp organised under the aegis of the Patanjali Yog Samiti, Gharaunda, on Friday Sh. Harvinder Kalyan highlighted the importance of yoga and conveyed a positive message to society.
He said that yoga plays a very important role in our lives. The greater the awareness about health and yoga in society, the greater will be our contribution towards making society more beautiful and prosperous.
On the third day of the five-day yoga camp organised under the aegis of the Patanjali Yog Samiti, Gharaunda, yoga practitioners from all major social organisations of Gharaunda town enthusiastically participated in yoga, physical exercises and pranayama.
