In a post on social media, PM Modi described the meeting as “excellent” and said discussions focused on deepening cooperation in areas including trade, fertilizers, space, security, and culture. Both leaders also exchanged views on regional and global developments, with particular attention to the peaceful resolution of the conflict in Ukraine.
PM Modi underlined that the Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership between India and Russia continues to serve as a vital pillar of both regional and global stability.
The engagement reflects India’s effort to maintain balanced relations with major global powers while contributing to peace, stability, and multipolar cooperation in the international order.
