Police Seize 3.5 Kg Heroin, Arrest Smuggler in Jalandhar

Jalandhar – In a major operation, Jalandhar Commissionerate Police arrested Manjit Singh, a resident of Khambra, and seized 3.5 kilograms of heroin along with ₹2 lakh drug money from his possession.

Officials confirmed that a case has been registered and further investigation is in progress to trace the entire network, including its forward and backward linkages. The police aim to dismantle the syndicate completely.

Punjab Police reiterated its commitment to tackling narco-terrorism and striking at the roots of cross-border drug cartels to safeguard the people of the state.
