This directive has been issued through an important notification from the PP-2 Branch to ensure the seamless execution of upcoming local body elections across the state. The administrative decision aims to provide all eligible voters employed in public and private sectors an uninterrupted opportunity to participate in the democratic process.
According to the official release, the holiday will be observed across all government offices, educational institutions, boards, and corporations throughout Punjab.
