New Delhi: Panic gripped parts of the national capital once again on Thursday morning after five schools received bomb threat emails, prompting swift action from authorities. Among the institutions targeted were schools located in Prasad Nagar and Dwarka Sector-5, officials confirmed.

As soon as the alerts were reported, teams from the Delhi Police and Fire Department rushed to the respective campuses. Security personnel immediately evacuated students and staff as precautionary measures while thorough checks were launched inside the premises.

Not the First Time

This is not an isolated incident. Yesterday, more than 50 schools in Delhi were hit by similar email threats, causing widespread disruption and fear. Just days ago, a cluster of schools in Dwarka also reported receiving such intimidating messages.

Investigations Underway

Authorities are treating the threats with utmost seriousness. Forensic teams are working to trace the origin of the emails, while bomb disposal squads are carrying out checks to ensure the safety of all school premises.
