Haryana strengthens security with mandatory online visiting pass

Chandigarh: An online visiting pass system has been introduced to make entry into the offices of the Advocate General, Haryana and the High Court more organised, secure and transparent.

Sharing information in this regard an official spokesperson said that all officers, employees and concerned persons visiting the office of the Advocate General, Haryana or the High Court for any official work, case or hearing must obtain an online visiting pass in advance through the LMS portal (https://lmshry.gov.in).

The spokesperson said that applicants must have their employee ID card. A printed copy of the gate pass must be verified by the authorized signatory, and after the pass is issued, it must also be verified by the concerned office.

The spokesperson further said that this new system will make the entry process more systematic, secure and digital, ensuring transparency and efficiency in work execution. The system has come into effect from February 9, 2026.
