Canadian Parliamentarians Visit Sri Darbar Sahib, Felicitated by SGPC Leaders

Amritsar: Three Members of Parliament from Canada Amanpreet Singh Gill, Dalwinder Singh Gill and Jasraj Singh paid obeisance at Sri Darbar Sahib in Amritsar on February 14, 2026.

The delegation was accompanied by senior journalist Sukhwinder Singh Chohla during the visit to the revered Sikh shrine.

The MPs were later honoured at the Information Centre by Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) President Harjinder Singh Dhami, Chief Secretary Kulwant Singh Mannan, former Punjab minister Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema and OSD Satbir Singh Dhami.

The visiting parliamentarians expressed reverence at the holy site and interacted with SGPC officials during their visit.
