Chandigarh: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said that all responsible institutions that prioritize ethics, transparency and public welfare while partnering in the state’s health goals are welcome in Haryana. Along with a strong public healthcare framework, the role of the private sector in diagnostics and medical services is also extremely important for citizens.

The Chief Minister was addressing the inauguration ceremony of the Prem Sagar Cardiac Hospital at the ‘Vivekanand Arogya Kendra’, operated by Bharat Vikas Parishad Maharana Pratap Trust, Gurugram, located in Sector 12A, on the occasion of Swami Vivekananda Jayanti. Haryana Government’s continuous endeavour is to make healthcare affordable, accessible and effective

Nayab Singh Saini said that the Haryana Government has consistently worked to ensure that every citizen of the state has access to affordable, accessible and effective healthcare services. In the first phase, such facilities have already been started in 10 district hospitals, while work to develop these facilities in 12 more district hospitals is in progress. The objective is to ensure that quality and accessible treatment is available to the common citizen within their own district.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister also honoured dignitaries who contributed to the institution and announced a financial assistance of Rs. 31 lakh for the institution.

Present at the inauguration ceremony were Regional Sanghchalak of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Pawan Jindal, National Organisation Secretary of Bharat Vikas Parishad, Suresh Jain, President of Vivekanand Arogya Kendra, Vinod Mittal, associate Mukesh Agrawal, Provincial Co-Sanghchalak of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Pratap Yadav, Provincial Pracharak Dr. Sunil Kumar, Gurugram MLA Mukesh Sharma, Mayor of Gurugram, Raj Rani Malhotra and others.
