Patiala: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Tuesday visited the historic Sri Kali Mata Mandir in Patiala, offering prayers and seeking blessings from Mata Rani to serve the state with renewed zeal and dedication.

Arriving at the temple in the afternoon, the Chief Minister said that, with divine grace, his government is leaving “no stone unturned” to meet the people’s expectations by prioritizing pro-people and development-oriented policies.

Describing Sri Kali Mata Mandir as one of northern India’s most revered and historic temples, Mann noted its deep spiritual and cultural significance, calling it a symbol of Punjab’s rich heritage and royal patronage. He prayed for the peace, progress, and prosperity of the state.

During his visit, Mann met with the temple’s newly appointed management committee to review ongoing development projects at the shrine. He assured them of full government support to enhance the site through aesthetic and infrastructural improvements.

The Chief Minister emphasized that his service to Punjab’s people transcends caste, creed, and religion, pledging to uphold the values of love, harmony, and brotherhood.

Expressing gratitude for the opportunity to serve, Mann said visiting the shrine was a “fountainhead of inspiration and positivity” and reaffirmed his government’s commitment to the state’s peace and development.
