Jakhhal (Fatehabad), Haryana — A customer has filed an official harassment complaint against the State Bank of India’s (SBI) Jakhhal branch, alleging rude behaviour and unprofessional conduct by certain bank employees. The incident reportedly took place on December 12, 2025, when the complainant visited the branch to resolve an issue related to their PF account.

In the complaint submitted to SBI Customer Care, the customer claimed that some staff members spoke rudely and behaved in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner. The complainant has urged the bank to conduct an internal inquiry and take necessary action based on the findings. They also said they expect an official response from the bank regarding the matter.

When contacted, SBI officials said the bank takes all customer complaints seriously and will review the case in accordance with established procedures. “SBI is committed to providing respectful and fair service to every customer. All complaints received are examined as per the standard process,” an SBI representative said.

The matter is currently under investigation, and further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
