Fazilka: Panic gripped the town of Arniwala in Fazilka after the body of a 13-14-year-old boy was found abandoned in the fields. The incident has sent shockwaves across the area. The deceased child is reported to be a resident of Mandi Arniwala.
According to family members, the boy had gone missing since around 11 am yesterday. He had taken his bicycle and gone to a neighbor’s house but did not return. His bicycle was later found at the neighbor’s home.
Suspecting foul play, the family confronted the neighbor, which led to the discovery that the minor had been murdered. His body was allegedly placed in a sack and dumped in the fields, where it was found the following morning.
The discovery caused widespread panic. Police reached the scene promptly and have taken several suspects into custody. Forensic teams have been called to investigate the matter further, and more details are expected as the investigation progresses.
