Udaipur: Udaipur is gearing up for a star-studded celebration as international celebrities, business leaders and Bollywood stars arrive for the grand wedding of US-based industrialist Raju Ramalinga Mantena’s daughter, Netra Mantena. The lavish festivities, spread from November 21 to 24, are expected to transform the City of Lakes into a vibrant cultural and entertainment hotspot.

The guest list includes singer-actor Jennifer Lopez, Donald Trump Jr., and globally renowned DJ Black Coffee. Among Bollywood’s elite, Hrithik Roshan, Ranbir Kapoor, and Shahid Kapoor are expected to join the 600 invitees attending the multi-day ceremonies.

Donald Trump Jr. is likely to land on Friday with his family. US security teams have already coordinated with local agencies to ensure heightened protection throughout his stay. He is expected to be hosted at The Leela Palace.

The Leela Palace has been decorated in a regal red theme, with floral arches, ornate chandeliers, gold-trimmed lighting, and luxurious lounge seating to create a royal court-like ambience. Other venues — including Manek Chowk, Zenana Mahal of the City Palace, and Jagmandir — are also being readied for the grand functions.

Festivities began on Thursday evening with a performance by Dutch DJ Tiësto at The Leela Palace, accompanied by traditional Rajasthani dance troupes and Manganiyar musicians. A musical night is scheduled at Zenana Mahal on Friday. The haldi ceremony will take place on November 22, followed by the wedding at Jagmandir on the morning of November 23 and a reception the same evening.

Udaipur authorities have strengthened security arrangements across the city in view of the high-profile attendance. Guests are expected to depart on chartered flights from Dabok airport on November 24.
